| This past week we lost one of our
most active
Directors, Jeff McGuire, to a heart attack. Jeff was this
year's Secretary and as most of you know, he has been instrumental in

| event our group has sponsored over the past several years since his arrival onto the Board.
It is with great sadness that we have to say good-bye to such a great
friend at this young age - he will be greatly missed by all he came in
contact with, be it briefly, or through many years. Jeff's family
has elected to ask that donations be made in lieu of flowers, and
gratefully selected South Texas Charities to be the beneficiary
of any such funds. We are certainly honored by this request, and
will make certain that any such funds be used to help those
particular charities which Jeff showed the most interest. |

A memorial service for Jeff McGuire will be held
on Saturday, January 19th, at 3:00 pm at the Mission Park Memorial
Chapel, 3401 Cherry Ridge, 78230, between Loop
410 and I-10, (210)-349-1414. |
